First-round - call with the internal recruiter. The recruiter goes over the role and explains the opportunity then sets you up with the hiring team. Second-round - for me, this was a panel interview with four different people. Three of the people were hiring managers and the other was someone who is currently in the role. In the panel interview, you are required to put together a presentation describing your background, several questions about how your experience relates to the role, a SWOT analysis, and an example of an outreach email to a partner AE. Overall the process was very smooth and I am glad that it was only a two-step process. After reading other reviews I was nervous about the process, but having two interviews instead of 3-4 was great for both the company and candidate.

I connected with the recruiter and he spoke like a robot like he was reading what he was telling me, it was awful. I also felt like he was discriminating me because I have an accent and when I asked him what are the strenghts for someone taking over this role he said “someone articulate enough” like wtf?
