I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (Austin, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process is well-defined and straightforward. The information is well articulated and the recruiters keep you informed.
1st interview is with the recruiter. They ask the standard questions, but more importantly, they sell you on what DocuSign is and the benefits of working here.
2nd interview is with the hiring manager. Standard behavioral and experience questions.
3rd set is the panel interviews. This lasts 4-6 hours which was broken up over 2 days. Met with the team I would be managing, a peer manager, and someone from another team. Very straightforward and standard questions.
Throughout all the interviews everyone was excited about working at DocuSign and helped sell me on why I would want to work there.
