Applied through their career page and was contacted by a recruiter to set up an introductory call. 5 minutes before the call, the recruiter emailed me to cancel because 'they had changed the position", even after we had the call on the calendar for a week and I had spent time preparing. Lack of respect for candidates's time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Docusign (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2025
Interview
Phone screen - the interview was supposed to be 30 minutes but it went an hour with the recruiter asking full STAR scenario questions. The expectations for this interview were very poorly communicated which I don't think set me, the candidate, up for success. Every other phone screen I've had has been pretty standard (15-30 minutes, overview of the company/role, brief verification of experience and background, salary expectations etc.) and this really broke the mold. I would have expected these questions at the next hiring manager interview.
It was super good, very helpful and supportive interviewers. it was two rounds for me and a recruiter screen. I wanted to firstly mention that both my interveiwers were very nice and accomodating.
