Interview
I was asked to come by. When I got there they showed me the back and asked some basic questions like "Can you stand for long periods of time?", "Can you lift 40 lbs?" , and "Do you have an extensive criminal record?" After answering each of these questions they asked one last question "Are you ready to work?" I replied "Yes" and said "welcome aboard."

Interview
The interview process was laid back and I felt comfortable to ask the hiring manager questions. I was respected and understood everything the manager was saying. I went into the back and we sat down and she told me about my position. She made it very clear as to what I had to do. She let me ask my questions that I had written before.

The one thing they asked me was why I wanted the job.
I applied online through the website and the managed called me. I scheduled an interview over the phone. I was taken to the office where she asked me some questions (I don't remember them) and I handed her my resume. She basically hired me there, I think.

Interview
They told me my responsibilities and I was hired. The only question I was asked is "Do you have any questions?" Most definitely the easiest interview of my life. I got hired for showing up.
