Interview
I was hired on the spot. She loved my resume and was impressed with my overall professionalism. She showed me around the facility and got to know me a little bit. She was very cooperative when it came to my school schedule, as I told her that I was a student. She told me as long as I passed the drug test I was hired.
Very easy cookie cutter questions.
Training was very straightforward.
Employer talked about the company and its missions.
There were no problem solving questions or scenarios asked.
Gave me the walk around of the store and what roles were available and what they would be doing with responsibilities

It was great. Good communication. I acknowledged how I would handle a return or even an irate customer. Guest service is of the most. Customer service is of the essence of a great run store. Have fun and appreciate all customers and help out with anything you can do.
