After applying, I was quickly contacted and had a great conversation with the recruiter. She really liked me and connected me with me a woman from HR and another marketing team member. A few days later they followed up saying that I was well liked but they were moving on with another candidate. One positive is that they move pretty quick and don't drag their feet.
