Dollar Tree Assistant Store Manager interview questions

District Manager had me walk the store and then asked what would be the first thing I would do. Basic scenario questions. Pretty simple, I was offered the position within 24 hours and I accepted.

Open interview process for Cashiers, Stockers and ASM. GM interviewed as he went down the line and the interviews could be over heard. There was no time limit and he focused on the first few applicants and the rest of us were just chop liver. I was applying for ASM and found out that the position was not available and was a part-time position. There are FT ASM however they are based by stores.
