5 minutes. He saw immediately what he was looking for! Immediately following the interview I was filling out paperwork and being put on the schedule. He explained the pay wasn’t great after he discovered I have a Bachelors degree but I explained I was looking for something with minimal responsibility. My husband makes the good money. I did attempt to negotiate from 7.75 to 8.00 but it’s not possible. Starting salary today is 8.60 which is pretty significant in increase. Depending on the store manager the interview process is very simple. Also we have regular hiring events which always is a good way to show off your personality. Looking for hardworking, fast learning, and positive attitudes. The ability to catch on quickly is crucial if you want to advance with the company!

Interview
Went to interview and was nervous about answering questions for the job and depending on how I answer them. That would determine if I get the job or not. But it wasn’t like that at all. The store manager was super friendly and straight forward with everything. Applying was super easy online.
Very simple and easy was hired on the spot. More like a friendly conversation than an interview, was 30min-1hr long. Given tour of store and full run down of responsibilities
