I applied in-person. I interviewed at Domino's (Littleton, CO) in Aug 2016
Interview
Submitted application online after going in the store and inquiring on if they were hiring (they said they might be because they were thinking of firing someone- no joke!). Left my phone number and was told to put in an application online. Was called the next day, asked if I was okay with working late hours and was scheduled for an interview the next day. Went to interview, they never pulled my resume from the website so they didn't know anything about me or my work history. Went over my previous work experience. Was hired on the spot and started work 4 days later. It was a quick interview because they fired someone and wanted to train someone right away.
Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.
Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
