Interview
I walked in after previously seeing they were hiring on Craigslist. I asked to speak to a manager and the guy behind the counter said he'd do a quick interview. He basically asked where I live (not that far from the place), asked if I had any previous work experience (I did) he then got contact details and told me I was hired and asked for my shirt size.
He called my previous employer, got a referral, and I got a call 2 hours later by another manager asking to come in the next day at 5.
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
