A brief chat with the shop manager, and a tour of the shop floor and stock room. Brief introductions to the other members of staff. Discussion about the number of hours I'd prefer to work, then processing of my details and checking of my right to work in the UK.

Interview
Instead of conducting a formal interview, the manager simply inquired about my availability and when I could start working. The procedure is simple and quick. Then he asked me to scan a QR code so that I could enter my personal information and bank account details. The manager then asked what size I usually wear and handed me a uniform and a hat.

Interview
In person outside the store, was very informal. Asked for my availability and then hired me on the spot. Simple interview process. need weekend availability to be considered for the job.
Employer was making pizza and asked me random questions, often times forgetting the questions. He had airpods in as he spoke to me and didn't seem interested at all. UNPROFESSIONAL.
