I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Domino's (Phoenix, AZ) in Sept 2015
Interview
I received an email from a recruiter to set up an interview, I passed that step easily and was asked to have a phone interview with the Director of HR. I met with him the next day (via phone) and answered all the standard questions. I was then asked to meet with an Operations associate in Phoenix a couple days later which also went very well. They then flew me out to Ann Arbor to meet with the HR Team. After I flew out there I sent a follow up email to the recruiter and never received a reply back! Two and a half weeks after the final interview I finally received a standard form letter via email just saying thanks but no thanks. Now, I wasn't really surprised as I didn't give the face to face interview in Ann Arbor 100% of effort since there was another position I was interviewing for in a completely different industry that I wanted more. My biggest complaint is the complete unprofessionalism of not even giving me the courtesy of responding to my email after I flew across the country to meet with everyone.
