I applied in-person. I interviewed at Domino's (Young) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview was very quick and honestly seemed as though they were just hiring anyone. This often resulted in people who were incompetent at their job, working there. The store is also now overstaffed, cutting down on shifts for alot of people.
It was super quick and easy with only a few situational questions being asked along with previous retail or food and beverage industry experience. The interviewer mainly assessed the flexibility and confidence to work in a very fast paced environment

Interview
Was very quick. Sat down in the room and they asked about previous experience and when I was available to work. Didn't tell me the hours or the amount I would be working but told me when I was starting.
