Interview
1.30 hours, went into great detail, showed you your area and where everything was, eg toilets, canteen, smoking area and they also showed me all the other aspects of the job such as painting and quality control.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Don-Bur (Bodies & Trailers) (Stoke-on-Trent, England)
Interview
No interview dropped c.v off got a call they showed me around and they asked me if I could start, they didn’t ask about my health or about using tools, didn’t show me fire exists or mention first aid, never showed me manual lifting training, was basically go in you have the job that’s it. Very unprofessional. That many people leave they are desperate for workers but when the workers get the job not long after they realise why because the place is so bad to work for.
