Interview
I applied yesterday and just like that I got a call today from the store manager asking me for an interview. I offered to come in today since it was my day off and she agreed. She was very nice and friendly. The interview lasted about 5 minutes then she stopped the interview after revising my availability to tell me my availability would not work for them which made no sense since I put my availability down on the job application so she should have seen that before asking me to come in. She also said this job is paid by commission not hourly even though the job listing on their site has it listed as hourly. In the end I felt I had wasted my time and I got no offer she just said thank you for your time and good luck on your job search.

Interview
Typical interview for a small company - focused on experience and education within the field. Met with one level and then next level manager. Decision was quick and started right away.

Question 1
Interview questions were specific to job. Pretty straightforward.

Interview
The interview went pretty fast, as the interviewer pretty much told me everything of the role. But from the beginning she looked like she didn't want me there, even though I didn't get to speak much. In the end she told me she will be letting me know by the end of the week after due to other interviews. I waited till then, and tried reaching out by email, no answer. By phone the next day, no answer. Very rude.. how hard is it to just reply back to say, "sorry we decided to go with another candidate".
