Firstly, the entrance is dark even during the day so it doesn't give a nice first impression. The interview seemed to go fine in the beginning till the manager asked if i could join asap and when I said I couldnt -he responded saying they could just hire some HR fresher from college to replace me in the current place I was employed at. If this was the mindset of a future manager why would one even wish to take the role. Ironic part is they gave me an offer with 3 months notice period. Guess only their company needs ages to replace an employee and not others. Salary also was the exact same one that I was already making and they work on saturdays. So basically no incentive at all to shift to this apparent "well to do " company which had then just received seed capital in millions during that time frame.
