I applied online. I interviewed at DoorDash in Sept 2022
Interview
Brief screening with HR followed by some panel interviews with senior associates and managers. Echoing similar impression as what others have shared here, but while some of the interviewers were actually professional and respectful, some panels were relatively young fresh out of school and he/she was literally leaning backwards asking questions bluntly I personally found it a bit rude and got an impression that he/she doesn't care as occasionally he/she was just looking elsewhere. I have 10+ years of experiences so being treated in an unprofessional way by interviewers who seem relatively new in the field based on LinkedIn search asking odd and ambiguous questions it just didn't work while I understand being interviewed for cultural fit is perfectly fine. In that regard, like what others said previously, diversity is also something I couldn't help notice as I've interviewed with DoorDash a few times in the past, and it always has been white males both when I look up on LinkedIn as well as all my interviewers. Certainly can't generalize but at the same time that's impression I got during my preparation process networking and interviewing.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions mostly on past experiences, cases, etc. Some were thoughtful while some panel questions were outright weird that I needed to ask a few times to clarify while the person is leaning backwards without attention.
was a 15 minute conversation with recruiter about background. Heard two days later I was not moving forward. She was very nice and provided details about the entire process. The application was an easy apply via linkedin

Case study to take home and work on and present to panelists later. This is often a more in-depth round and can either be on-site or virtual. It may involve multiple interviews on the same day with different interviewers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DoorDash in Feb 2025
Interview
They were simply looking for free labor under the guise of opportunity. The case studies appear to be deceptive and resemble current business data, raising concerns about legitimacy and intent.

Question 1
They asked basic questions. Best question was how to lead a project.
