I've encountered a concerning trend: an excessive number of interviews leading to minimal communication between candidates and employers. While it's crucial for companies to evaluate thoroughly, the sheer volume of repetitive interviews can be counterproductive.
Interview was pretty straight forward with standard recruiter screen, manager screen, panel interviews, etc. After the final interview they really dropped the ball, almost a full month with no update or news even with a follow up email. After close to a month finally received a super generic copy/paste rejection email with no feedback or personal touch.
