I interviewed at DoorDash (Alexandria, VA) in Oct 2025
Interview
First is a recruiter call which asks about your fit for the role. Next they send an excel sheet dataset about their first few months of business. What your supposed to do is talk about the business implications of the data, like what demographic of customers are ordering, what merchants and what business decisions you would make with this knowledge. Present in a PowerPoint or something similar in an easy to understand manner. After I passed this I had 2 back to back 30 minute interviews. One was pretty easy scenario based questions like tell us about a time you led a team or dealt with a project. The 2nd interview was hard and where I believe I dropped the ball. They were scenario based questions specifically about the dashmart business and I only watched a 2 minute video they emailed me on the dashmarts. The questions they asked me weren't on any career site I studied so I'll put them below for anyone who needs it.

If we changed the operation from drive in dashmart to a grocery store, how would are P&L (profit and loss) statement differ?
If we were to change out hours of operation from ending at 12 am to 4 am, what operational changes would we need to consider?
