Doorways interview questions

Application is first. Contact is then made to offer an interview. If pass the first round robin interview then they will offer you to pass on to the second round robin interview. If selected offer will be made.

There was a phone screen and then two interviews. They were very upfront about the process and the interview also consisted of information about the role. A lot of questions aimed at seeing if I was a cultural fit and also if I understood working with data. Was offered the postion but I turned it down because the position wanted alot but offered a salary outside of what is the norm for the role. HR refused to negotiate and instead said that I just didnt understand non profit salaries.
