Talkent Acquisition reached out via LinkedIn. Mostly generic questions for the initial screen. Talent Acquisition proceeded to last-minute cancel interviews, proposing 6 am for an interview on multiple occasions. When asked to reassess the steps in the interview process, given a two-week delay in scheduling, Talent Acquisition communicated that my candidacy had been rescinded.
