They asked for feedback at every step of my process to see how this job aligned with my search. I truly felt that they valued my time.

Question 1
Talk to me about how transitioned your management style with going remote?
The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DreamLine (Warminster, PA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Interview process took just over a month from beginning to end. Started with Skype screening interview, followed by in-person interview and followed by second round of in-person interviews.
Everyone I met with was professional and courteous. Interviewed with senior management, CIO and CEO, both left a positive impression. Seems like they have a good management team in place to manage expansion.
Would've accepted the offer, but personal time off offered was well below what I expected for a management level position. Compensation offer was fair though.
