Interview
Initial interview went very well, the hiring manager told me he would set up a 2nd interview with the on-site manager (even shared this person's name and the names of 3rd round interviewers). Later that day I sent a follow up email with my availablity for the coming week, no response. After 1 week, sent another follow up email, no response. After another week, I tried calling the hiring manager, the calls fail immediately. Very unprofessional to ghost candidates in this manner, I won't be applying for future roles with this company.

How would you set up the lighting for a chroma key interview?
Had two stages of interview. Was assured that I'd be contacted within the following few days for either a confirmation of the next interview stage, or a discussion about why I wasn't selected.
Two weeks later - nothing. I followed up with an email. Nothing. Ghosted. Seems to be a running theme with this company. Utterly shameful conduct. Deceptive, chummy demeanour when they actually do not care one bit about the mental health of others. Be very cautious.

Offer came a week later.
