Selected for interview after I responded to the internship posting with my resume and cover letter. Was contacted by HR for interview. Interviewed by HR, a senior exec, and the person I'd be working with. The senior exec asked most of the questions. Interview was traditional and converstional. I emailed a thank you later and was offered the position the following Monday. Welcoming, friendly atmosphere
