Need to pass each phase before next phase will start. Hiring team will met after each phase to determine if they want to proceed.
-Phone interview
-DAY 1: In persion interview (7 different back to back interviews in one day.
-DAY 2: Presentation to Hire manager and executive management followed by questions.
