The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Duke Manufacturing (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2019
Interview
Okay, I enjoyed the interview process and it was rather straightforward. I would recommend Duke Manufacturing for a first job out of college. The people there really do care for the employees.

Interview
Interview process began with a 1:1 conversation at a college career fair that led to an exchange of information and a resume. A couple of days later I was contacted and set up an interview. For me, contact was done mainly through email. A couple of days after the interview Duke had contacted me with an offer sheet via email.

Interview
Standard process of HR screening before an in person interview. I was surprised that it was a panel interview when I arrived, since I was told that it was just going to be the manager. Everyone was friendly and once the interview was concluded, I was shown around the facilities. I was already working for a company that serves the same industry - not a Duke competitor - so I was familiar with the day-to-day issues of the end users. The questions were a mix of basic technical and past experiences.
