I had a screening interview. The person would have been my manager. She had excellent behaviorally based questions. They were challenging as all of them began with, tell me about a time when you had a problem with X? or How would you handle this problem?

Interview process was three rounds and very straightforward. It proceeded realtively quickly going from a screening call to meeting with the team and then meeting with the hiring manager. There was a quick turn around from the final interview to being offered the position officially.
