I submitted an online application and a few weeks later I set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview took about 15 or 20 minutes. Then the interview notes had to go to the head of human resources to go over. I received a job offer the same day.

Group and individual interviews conducted at open tables in same room. Most things were disclosed but not all items that would make decent decisions on accepting or declining a position.
