Telephone screening call then if selected you will do a video interview. Recorded at your home and convenience. Awkward but good idea overall. Once you tell the computer that you are ready you get only one chance to answer each question. And practice a lot before actual starting the interview so that you can feel as comfortable as possible. This is a very forgiving company so do not stress too much about the video.

10 Minute call, many of the same questions asked over and over again, The interviewer was personal and friendly. Talks a lot about the required equipment for the position. Focuses on the negatives from past jobs.
