Interview
I was invited to their office to interview directly with the VP Compliance. She didn't really ask me any questions, only whether I wanted the job or not. The recruiter who found me did most of the interviewing.
First interview was very basic asking mainly behavioral questions. After the interview, I had to complete some questions and email them to the person who interviewed me. The questions were very basic and you could tell what your answer should be. For example, are you business minded? They then called me in for the second interview where they pretty much gave the offer.
