It was straightforward: I handed them my resume and answered a few basic questions about myself. Since it was just a summer job, the process wasn’t demanding or intense at all.
Not too intense, simple questions on background & availability. Explained the job scope. Asked if I had questions. Asked for previous experience and what I did on the job. Asked why I am applying for this job.
It was straight forward and typical process for interviewing at a food service location. I applied online and interviewed at the store. The owner was very nice and respectful. Up front about expectations.
Introduced themselves, went to the hiring managers office. It wasn't to easy, lots of questions. Got to meet everyone and the hiring manager. It was a good experience. Do not stress you got this.
