I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Boca Raton, FL) in Feb 2016
Interview
friendly and straight to the point. fair questions and great summery about how the company works, what they expect from you, and what the rules are. introduced to some of the crew members and was told their experiences with the job.
Tell them about yourself and how you’re a leader. Give them examples and you should get the job. It really isn’t a difficult interview. Will the one I’m working at wasn’t difficult. Good luck!
Scheduled me for one interview to meet in person. Asked basic questions such as what was your past Dunkin experience, strengths and weaknesses. Got a call back 24 hours later
Easy questions about transportation and timeliness. Interview went well and they asked about goals in the company and why you are an asset to the team and how you can contribute.
