The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' in Dec 2009
Interview
Applied for a Cashiers job. Was asked general questions like work authorization, previous experience etc
Had no previous experience. Was a one on one interview with the manager. I saw a help wanted sign. Went inside and filled a form. Got a call that evening. Did not get a job offer because was not available at the hours they wanted.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
