I applied in-person. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Bethesda, MD) in Apr 2017
Interview
I walked in one day and asked if they were hiring. The manager said they were which then he gave me an application to fill out by hand. I filled it out at the table and he asked me some interview questions after that. I was then told to come back in next week for training.
It was a laid back interview process with formal general interview questions. You can express your availability and they will let you know how they can adjust you in the schedule accordingly.
