I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Wheeling, IL) in Feb 2013
Interview
I called about 3 times before they called me in, but the manager offered me the job on the phone. The interview was only to get my paperwork done. It did seem very rushed though, I started that day after I had given them my paperwork. Very easy to learn the job. Overall, it was a good experience.
Tell them about yourself and how you’re a leader. Give them examples and you should get the job. It really isn’t a difficult interview. Will the one I’m working at wasn’t difficult. Good luck!
Scheduled me for one interview to meet in person. Asked basic questions such as what was your past Dunkin experience, strengths and weaknesses. Got a call back 24 hours later
Easy questions about transportation and timeliness. Interview went well and they asked about goals in the company and why you are an asset to the team and how you can contribute.
