I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dunkin' (New York, NY) in Aug 2015
Interview
i sat down with a manager and also sat down with the managers superior . The two of them asked questions , based on my awnsers I was givin the job. The process took longer then expected and they required my license and social number.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
