One on one, in an office. Very calm, very normal questions. They wanted to know if I could be on my feet for a long time and follow instructions. Also just a lot of availability questions like if I go on vacation a lot.
Quick and simple, it was completed and i was hired all in one session. They asked standard questions like if i could work well with the public and what my schedule looked like.

What are your hours that you can be expected to come in to work?
They asked me questions about what times I can work and my availability. Then asked what my favorite item is, which I then responded with a Chai and Vanilla Frosted Donut.
Easy, name, email, how many days u want to work and how many hours and they tell you to complete the online training and they basically tell you how what the uniform is and what you have to do when u start working
