I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Duperon (Saginaw, MI) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process was quite quickly scheduled which I saw as a plus given the current pandemic. I did my best to answer any questions I was asked but I can't remember most of them sadly.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Duperon (Saginaw, MI) in Feb 2012
Interview
It was a very tedious process, a bevy of candidates were gradually whittled down, the finalists were interviewed at least 3 times by different people and even by groups of people, much emphasis was placed on predictive analysis, personality types, Rorschach tests, and emotional responses to situations. Emotional profiling seemed to be given more credence than actual skills. The level of interactivity was greatly exaggerated compared to what actually materialized.
