Was reached out to by their recruiter, who said I was a great fit for an SE role. She sent a job description link and asked me to upload my resume. The JD was for a sales rep, so I messaged her twice to see if there was another job link. No response. I ended up submitting my resume on the sales rep link anyways. After a few days I message her again to see what next steps are. No response. Few days later I get an email about taking a personality assessment, so I do. Few days go by, so I message her again to see how it went. No response. At this point, I have 6 or 7 emails to her that have not been answered or acknowledged. Couple days later, I get an automated email saying I'm not a fit. Weird, because recruiter said I'd be a great fit. I've also taken dozens of these personality assessment and have never had any problem whatsoever.
Just all around unprofessional and a tremendous waste of time. Wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing is a scam.

Interview
Talent Acquisition provided interview questions and performed a recorded interview of those answers to CIO. CIO scheduled in person interview followed by another interview with lead IT Staffing onsite. Basic Q&A sessions of understanding of environment, and seeing if you were a personality fit for the team.
Applied and was contacted by HR for an initial phone screening. An in-person interview was scheduled afterward. The entire process took about four weeks and consisted mostly of very generic interview questions.
I was told I would hear back within 1–2 weeks regarding a final decision, but no one ever followed up. I reached out myself and still received no response. Poor communication throughout the process, especially at the end. Very good representation of what kind of company they are. Candidates deserve basic courtesy and closure.
