The interview process was relaxed and sitting on milk crates, it was personality and customer service focused. We mainly talked about de-escalation, being coachable and the core values of the company.

Met with the recruiter once. Sent to the VP of the team. Seemed to all go well. Got a decline notice. I reached out and asked for feedback and got no response. Extremely disappointed in the lack of response after displacement.
Really easy! Started as a phone screening, then zoom, then one more over the phone. This was during covid so things may have changed.
