Interview
I was contacted via telephone by one of the members of the Talent Acquisition team for an initial phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. She had a copy of my resume and my online application, but basically wanted to hear about my background, experience, and why I had applied for the position with Dynamic. She gave me information about the company, what they were looking for in an administrative assistant at their Nashville location, and also gave me a link to a video about their company and its people. As their home office is in Wisconsin, she then arranged for me to have an in-person interview with the Operations Managers in Nashville for whom I would be directly working with should I be hired.
I interviewed with the two managers a few days later and toured the facility. Within a few days I had heard back from the Talent Acquisition Team that they wanted to offer me a position!

Question 1
They asked me basic clerical questions such as my familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, etc. as well as switchboard operations, etc. They also asked me about how I was working independently on projects as well as working with a team.
