A phone interview was scheduled via email. They called half an hour earlier -- the timing was really inconvenient for me. I wasn't able to really focus on the questions. Due to the situation, I didn't do a good job during that interview at all. No surprise, I received an email saying that I wasn't selected for an on-site interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EAB in Feb 2016
Interview
Over the phone and holistic--about work and my personal life and passions and how I felt that would change the practices they're already doing in terms of interns. Felt like they wanted to also ensure I'd be a good fit the actual team I was working with outside of work, which is always beneficial.
