Started with a multiple choice online assessment to test problem solving and pattern recognition. A few days later they called to schedule a phone screen. A week after that I spoke to two Senior engineers about my background and with some verbal DS/Algo questions. Another week or two after that I retook the assessment while being proctored, then spoke to a principal engineer who gave me a coding assessment. There would have been a behavioral and possibly another technical assessment after that, but I did not get that far. I would say I had a good experience overall, but they ghosted me instead of giving me an official rejection after a lot of prior back and forth communication.

Question 1
How do you perform insertions/deletions/searching on a Linked List?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EAB
Interview
Initially started with a cognitive test taken online. After passing that, spoke with a recruiter over the phone going over basic screening background/resume. Next was a 1 hr technical and behavioral interview asking a mix of verbal DSA, OOP, React, and ended with a medium array problem to solve on CoderPad. After that was a 30 min behavioral with a PM talking about various teams and products. Finally, had one last 30 minute technical (no coding) with a specific team senior. Overall a positive experience with fast responses

Question 1
LC medium array problem on CoderPad
Also asked questions on:
- OOP
- Verbal DSA problems with time+space complexities
- React/JS/CSS concepts
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EAB in Oct 2022
Interview
First interview is just an HR round where they ask you basic questions about you and your past experience. Second Interview is the technical part. Questions were about React JS, Django, SQL querying, git, and they also ask questions about my previous work history. I also got an easy level leetcode type style question. Overall the interviewers were great but the recruitment process is a mess. After the second interview it took about 2 weeks for them to get back to me and tell me that I will be going onto the next round. Then 2 days later they send me another email saying that my position has been filled and I am no longer being considered.

Question 1
Can you describe the life cycle methods of a react component ?
I applied online. I interviewed at EAB (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
I only got as far as the technical assessment. The assessment was mostly planning for a database which seemed reasonable. But the directions being hosted by LinkedIn asked misleading questions concerning what language you would use and what commands to run. I found these questions contradicted the technical assessment and made me second guess if I did needed code in my assessment.
