Interview
I had two questionnaires and three interviews in total. The questionnaires revolved around personality types and logic problems. The first interview was an HR screening, asking more about topics on my resume and times I've encountered difficult challenges or dealt with unexpected complications. The second and third interviews revolved around solving a programming problem in a Google Docs document. While the first two interviews were great (ran smoothly, heard back within a couple days each time), the third interview was delayed by 15 minutes because one of the people interviewing me failed to show, and the rest of the interview felt rushed, as though the goal was just to be done as soon as possible. After that interview, I heard nothing back for over a week. I followed up, and I received an auto-generated rejection email that specified nothing. While the company culture and performance in the first two interviews was welcoming and all-around incredible, the sudden drop on round three was disheartening.

Interview
First round was an HR interview with a basic coding problem
Second round was technical, with a slightly more difficult problem.
The third round was technical, with a harder problem.
I found the process a little disorganized; I had to write code in a Google Doc, only one interviewer interacted with me in the final interview. The final technical interview didn't seem like a great interview question to me.
