EC Source Services interview questions

Two zoom interviews were held where the two interviewers spent about an hour each time reviewing my resume and asked questions about my field experience to verify the information. There was very little "formal interview" questioning, and it seemed like more of an opportunity to determine whether I would fit within their team and what my demeanor was like. It was an extremely relaxed interview and overall I actually enjoyed the process. The interviewers were fair, relaxed, and honest. They gave me plenty of opportunities to ask my own questions and engage in open dialogue.
