ECI Field Service Engineer interview questions

I had two interviews, The first one was with the recruiter. Two weeks later after having to follow up I had a one hour interview with a lead engineer and a manager. Interview went well, I received a call from recruiter that same day, verbally giving me the position. Little did I know that would be the last time I heard from this recruiter even thou I tried to follow up several times.

Phone interview and then sit down interview. The process was very simple. Just make sure you go over networking concepts and dont overlook simple fixes. Know exchange and server concepts.
