      I interviewed at ECP

      Interview

Horrible experience. They said it was a three-part interview process, and I completed all three interviews. Then, out of nowhere, they decided to add a case study email to submit. I submitted it two days before the deadline, CC’ing all the appropriate people, and never heard back. After waiting four days with no response, I emailed the manager. Two days later, he replied saying he was on PTO. When I asked about the benefits, he responded with “good news, you got the job” but no offer letter was ever sent. I followed up again, and two days later, I got an email saying he had just returned from PTO and that they chose someone else. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing behavior.
