I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EDCO Collaborative (Northampton, MA) in May 2020
Interview
The interview process typically involves several stages, including initial screening, one or more rounds of interviews with hiring managers or teams, assessments, and possibly a final interview. Candidates may be evaluated based on their skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the organization.

Question 1
"Tell me about a time when you had to resolve a conflict within a team. How did you approach the situation and what was the outcome?"
I applied online. I interviewed at EDCO Collaborative (Boston, MA) in Oct 2016
Interview
An interview with three people and an in-situ test.
They asked to commit 10h per day plus weekends and some evenings.....I am happy to commit at this pace, but the sole fact that they asked means many negative things.
I am impress by the little diversity they have on their staff, specially on the Migrant program.
They don't like Ivy degrees, seems they are little practical.

Interview
I had a good feeling after the interview. They do an exhausive process, with questions that touch all areas. They also ask practical questions. They remebered that the worker has to work 10 hours per day plus some evenings and weekends. Although I expect to work at this pace, I believe there are other ways to explore people's abilityto commit.
