EDF Trading Quantitative Developer interview questions

They have recently revamped the interview process. What this means in practice is that they list some questions they would like you to answer and you record your answers. I had no idea I would find myself auditioning for a reality TV program (see: Love Island). That said, I think it is an attempt to make the interview process feel a bit more personal. Unfortunately, it made the process feel more impersonal. Additionally, the questions asked seem designed to try and really dig deep into your character, to a much greater extent than an interviewer sat in front of you would typically feel comfortable with. I decided not to continue with the interview process.
