EL Education interview questions

Applied. Initial interview via Zoom. Interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. Pretty quickly moved to the next round, which was a performance task. Took about 3-4 hours. After submitting, I learned I would not be moving forward. Was contacted again about a month later to be told they are adding another PD Coach role and that they wanted to invite me back to the final round. I (stupdily) was excited and scheduled the interview, which was about two weeks later. The afternoon before the interview, I recieved an email stating that they are pausing hiring, holding onto my information, and that I'll be a finalist when/if they decide to hire. I took time off my current job. I spent HOURS preparing. Only to be let down a second time. So I kindly hope they lose my information and do not reach out to me again, as it is incredibly disheartening and disorganized of them to reach BACK out to a candidate only to turn them away AGAIN.
